Obama defends economic record in final State of the Union speech | Fox News

His Corruption and Treason to America and its People is his Legacy….Period.

President Obama staunchly defended his domestic record on the economy and other issues, while taking some implicit jabs at the Republicans competing for his job, in his final State of the Union address Tuesday night.

“Anyone claiming that America’s economy is in decline is peddling fiction,” Obama said, answering those on the campaign trail who say the economy is just limping along.

Obama, in his address, said America’s is the “most durable economy in the world,” and one he said has improved on his watch.

He also said the country is in a time of “extraordinary change” and faces a choice.

“Will we respond to the changes of our time with fear, turning inward as a nation, turning against each other as a people?  Or will we face the future with confidence in who we are, what we stand for, and the incredible things we can do together?” Obama said.
